Some Questions!

Can I customise my order?

For our intial round of swag, customisations are not currently possible. If you're wanting to order in bulk then reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Do you really ship worldwide?

Yep! Mostly. We do fixed cost shipping to 189 countries worldwide.

My country isn't listed for shipping. Why?

We're based in Sydney Australia and there are a small number of countries that we're legally restricted from shipping to due to international trade sactions. Unfortunately if you can't select your country for shipping we'll be unable to post you your swag.

When do the packs ship?

We'll post in batches every few days. You can expect your rainbow swag to be posted within a week of purchasing.

How long should shipping it take?

We use standard post to send you your swag. We're expecting that to take 2-5 business days in Australia, and potentially 10+ days internationally.

Is there a tracking number? Where is my pack?

All packs are sent via standard international letter mail. There is no tracking number available.

It's been two months since the packs shipped and mine hasn't arrived yet

Unfortunately mail isn't always the most reliable and some might get lost. Please contact us below and we'll sort something out.

Can I order multiple?

Absoluetly! We've already pre-packaged the swag packs so you'll need to order multiple times. Each order is processed and shipped seperately so you might receive your post over a few days as well.

Why is this an exclusive shop?

It takes a lot of time, energy (and money) to make swag like this happen on a small scale. We're doing Pride Codes swag as an experiment, to see if there's enough interest to do it in bulk. If we only sell a handful of swag packs then this might be the last time we do it. Make sure you tell all your friends and colleagues!

I got my address wrong! (Or I've moved since ordering)

We'll generally try to post things promptly, so let us know ASAP by getting in touch below. We'll do our best to re-route the post before we send it, but we'd also recommend you setting up post redirects with your postal service. Unfortunately we can't replace or re-route swag packs after we've posted them.
